Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Zentally Pro subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
1. Free Plan
The Zentally free plan is provided at no cost and does not require payment. No refund is applicable.
2. Pro Subscription Refunds
Within 7 Days of Purchase
If you are unsatisfied with Zentally Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.
Within 8–30 Days of Purchase
Refund requests made between 8 and 30 days after purchase are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining days in your billing period.
After 30 Days
Refunds are generally not available after 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can either:
- Email support@zentally.co with your account email and reason for the request
- Request a refund through the App Store or Google Play using their standard refund process
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your profile settings in the app, or through the App Store / Google Play subscription management. Upon cancellation:
- You retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the free plan
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is fully preserved on the free plan
5. App Store and Google Play Policies
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies. In some cases, you may need to request a refund directly through their platforms.
